Pitney Bowes -- Direct Response New Business Acquisition.

BACKGROUND
GRI has been working with Pitney Bowes Small Office Products Division since 1998. Pitney Bowes is one of the world's largest B2B direct marketers to the small business segment.

CHALLENGE
Convince small business owners that mail typically 5-20 pieces of mail per day, that a postage meter is more efficient and cost effective than stamps. GRI was hired to improve the existing mail creatives.

SOLUTION
Redesigned self-mailer format with upfront emphasis on clear, concise communication of offer and benefits.

RESULTS
Response rate increased more than 30% and costs were reduced by 25%. Package has held out as one of several controls for the past few years. GRI presently works on a variety of direct response and fulfillment programs for several PB hardware and software products.
