Brian Snider receives the 2007 Silver Apple Award from the Direct Marketing Club of New York.
The DMCNY has awarded Brian Snider -- President of The GRI Marketing Group, the 2007 Silver Apple Award. This award is given annually to 6 or 7 professionals to recognize their 25 years (or more) of contributions to the New York direct marketing community.

The Economist magazine rolls out with GRI's direct mail creative.
Several months ago, GRI was hired to produce direct mail creatives to help reduce rising postal and production costs, while maintaining strong response rates. After retesting to validate the first tests, the results are strong and GRI has produced a new winner.

May 2007
Pitney Bowes Document Technology Management Division awards GRI with Rate Case Management initiative.
The DMT division of Pitney Bowes has hired GRI to promote their product and service solutions that address the new postal rate changes. Products include inserting equipment and software solutions that help large-scale mailers mail more efficiently and economically. GRI will handle trade show promotions as well as regular lead generation mailings.

Heather Lucas join the GRI staff as Art Director
Heather Lucas brings to GRI her creative expertise and 15+ years of experience in both direct marketing and children's publishing. She worked for Scholastic's At Home Division for over 10 years, dealing with clients such as Disney, Dr. Seuss, Barbie, Build-A-Bear, Gullane and Nickelodeon.
In Addition, she has worked for Pitney Bowes, MBI, and Soundprints.
She is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a B.A. in Graphic Design/Special Studies -- Art.

GRI adds TiVo to its media mix.
GRI has agreed to offer the TiVo platform to its clientele. TiVo which has over 4 million customers, provides an interactive platform that allows marketers the ability to provide banner ads and even video clips in the menu section while the viewer is not watching live TV. According to Brian Snider, President of The GRI Marketing Group, "This media outlet has proven to be viable sales channel and lead generator and will only get more powerful as TiVo adds more customers".

The Economist chooses GRI for several offline and online initiatives.
GRI has been tapped by The Economist magazine and The Economist Intelligence Unit to produce email, landing pages and direct mail for a variety of efforts.

A new voucher/hybrid style package developed by the creative team at GRI is now the new control for new business acquisition.
