BACKGROUND
Using state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology, FocusVision links a focus group directly to a client's office or to several external offices. GRI was referred to FocusVision a few years after FocusVision's start-up. FocusVision was using a small general agency for ads, but needed an agency that specialized in direct response.
SOLUTION
Developed and executed direct response program- closed match mailing offering a buy 1 get 1 FREE offer. Also, provided sales management tools to upper management and trained sales force on telemarketing techniques. Rewrote all sales rep follow-up letters to prospects.
RESULTS
Client is exceeding annual growth rate of 60% and is rapidly expanding worldwide.
